About the Placement Cell
The Training and Placement Cell of Mookambigai College of Engineering is a dynamic and integral unit dedicated to shaping students for successful careers. The cell works relentlessly to enhance students' career prospects by offering a variety of training programs aimed at improving personality, soft skills, and aptitude. It also conducts value-added courses across various domains, along with communication classes designed to strengthen students' spoken and written English.
The Placement Cell is led by a full-time professor with extensive experience in academics and placements. The team also includes coordinators from various departments, ensuring that each student receives personalized attention and support in their career development.
The scope of the Placement Cell is broad, collaborating closely with Heads of Departments (HODs) and alumni to provide the best possible placement opportunities for students before they graduate. The cell maintains active connections with prestigious alumni and entrepreneurial networks, leveraging these relationships to offer valuable insights and opportunities to students.
