Dear Esteemed Alumni of MCE,

We are proud to share that Mookambigai College of Engineering has been selected as one of the Host Institutes (HI) for the MSME Incubation Centre, approved by the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India, New Delhi.

As part of this prestigious initiative, the MSME Ministry is conducting Idea Hackathon 5.0, inviting innovative ideas and solutions that can support and transform the MSME sector. Selected ideas will receive funding support of up to ₹15.00 lakhs per idea, disbursed through our Incubation Centre.

Who can participate?

• Our current teaching faculty
• Current students of MCE
• Alumni (passed out students)
• Entrepreneurs from our alumni network

We earnestly request all eligible participants to contribute your innovative ideas addressing the challenges in the MSME sector. All departments are also requested to encourage active participation among faculty and students.

• Prepare your idea/solution in one A4-size page
• Send your entry to: incubation@mookambigai.ac.in
• Last date for submission: 11th July 2025

Your creative and practical solutions could play a significant role in empowering the MSME ecosystem—and this is a great opportunity to showcase the talent of the MCE community on a national platform.
